We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

 

4.2. Client Materials

If you provide materials (e.g., logos, images, brand guidelines), you confirm that you have all necessary rights to use them and grant us permission to use them solely for your project.

 

 

5. Payments and Fees

All payments must be made in accordance with the project agreement. We may request:

• Deposits before work begins
• Milestone payments for larger projects
• Final payment before delivery of final files or launch

Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or termination of service.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Nervelle Studios does not store or process your payment card information.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time and resources.
• If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
• Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, depending on the circumstances and nature of the work.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• We cannot guarantee specific results for creative or branding services, as subjective preferences and external factors may affect outcomes.
